We are a non profit Service Dog Training Organization and are clearly aware of ADA and Alabama State Laws. Upon arrival, evening shift clerk Vladis was extremely confrontational about our first SD staying. In either case, I doubt we will be staying at this specific Days Inn again.…īooked this hotel based on some good reviews for a dog performance event in the area, clearly stating on our reservation we were bringing Service Dogs. Really, I showed you pictures!?! Anyway, this could have been an isolated incident or perhaps the front clerk was busy and forgot. Laster that evening, upon our return to the hotel for our second and final night, the dirty socks were still in the room. The next morning, I went to the front desk, showed the front clerk pictures of the dirty black socks, gave her my room number (which she wrote down), and asked for the socks be removed. Granted the pair under the A/C were difficult to see, but the pair in the closet could easily be seen upon opening the guestroom's front door. Lastly, the previous occupant of the room left two pairs of dirty black socks in the room that the cleaning staff did not remove. Second, the bathroom sink was clogged and drained super slow, but fine we dealt with that as well. First, a couple of the desktops had a spilled sticky substance on them, but I wiped them down. Needless to say, we were not impressed with the cleaning staff and their services.
